These Terms of Use describe the conditions for visiting and using the Decellion Technologies company website. By using it, you agree to respect these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

Decellion develops its own software products and provides custom technology solutions. These website terms apply to our public marketing pages, not to every product account or development engagement.

Our public website introduces software capabilities, our work and original products such as Instora and RestoSuite. Each product may require separate product terms, privacy notices, subscription conditions or support agreements.

Custom software development, consulting, design, project delivery, fees, timelines, intellectual-property ownership, and maintenance commitments are determined by a separate written agreement between the relevant parties. Website browsing or submitting a contact form does not itself create a binding development contract.

We work to keep our website accurate and understandable, but descriptions, technology choices, product availability, features and images may change as our services evolve. A preview or illustrative interface is not a guarantee of a feature, outcome, performance result or delivery date.

Examples of previous professional experience are presented for context. Where work was completed by a founder before Decellion, that experience should not be mistaken for a separate contract delivered by Decellion.

Unless identified otherwise, the Decellion name, original brand materials, website design, copy, and software-related content are owned or used under authorization by Decellion or their respective rights holders. Third-party technologies, photography, logos, and project materials remain subject to their owners' rights.

You may read the pages and share links to them for legitimate information or evaluation. You must not misrepresent our work, reproduce protected content for commercial use without permission, or use our brand in a way that suggests an unauthorized partnership or endorsement.

A proposal, scope of work, quotation or schedule only becomes binding if the relevant parties explicitly agree to it under applicable contract terms.
